Ilbret is a proactive problem solver adept at spotting opportunities, identifying gaps, and finding solutions to complex business issues. As a senior financial executive, throughout her career, she has used data to tell the story, creating KPIs, financial models, and metrics to portray businesses' performance, ultimately leading to increased revenue and organic growth. She is proficient in technical accounting, financial modeling and budgeting, payroll, and PEO management, tax compliance, sales operations, and driving/supporting sales strategy. She has spent her career primarily in high-growth VC-backed businesses in SaaS, HaaS, technology, and services space. Her passion is helping founders with revolutionary visions to build and scale their businesses.

Alexandra Satine was born and raised in Venezuela and migrated to the US, embracing both cultures to bring passion, commitment, and diversity to every facet of her career. As a former founder and entrepreneur, she is most passionate about building and leading businesses by creating an ecosystem of support. She is an entrepreneur who has founded multiple successful businesses. She brings nearly two decades of experience in operations and finance, driving success for Fortune 500 companies and early-stage startups. Her areas of expertise include fashion, fintech, Web3, CPG, and healthcare. Alex Co-Founded Cohort to build individualized partnerships with high-growth founders to provide vital support to position startups for scalability and profitability.

Anne Bibb is the founder & CEO of Remote Evolution ™, an EX/CX Leader, Keynote Speaker, remote work pioneer, and host of the Unexpected Journey ™ Podcast. She brings a proven record of successfully designing and implementing employee and customer experience programs to drive business growth and exceed revenue goals. Recently voted a CX Influencer of 2023 by CX Network, Anne is known for breaking down silos and finding solutions for companies and their employees. She advises outsourcers, major organizations, contact centers, and industry associations on remote and hybrid work as well as best practices in setting up sales, customer success, onboarding, and service delivery - all with an eye toward EX and CX.

After two decades in commercial and marketing strategy, growing and building some of the best brands in the world, including Disney, National Geographic, and Seabourn Cruises, Lilly Yeatman launched Gainsborough Group, a marketing consultancy. Today, she works with CEOs, CCOs, CROs, and occasionally other CMOs on strategic go-to-market planning, channel optimization, messaging, and brand launches or repositioning. Throughout her career, she has helped grow and turn around businesses from Disney’s newest travel and resort brands to VC-backed start-ups in healthcare and entertainment. Her superpower is connecting the dots (and amplifying them) between customer needs, business objectives, and marketing to drive revenue growth and consumer loyalty.

Jennifer Horowitz

Horowitz Marketing Communications (HMC) President Jennifer Goodman Horowitz is an award-winning global marketing & communications leader who builds teams and develops strategies to shape and raise the profile of dynamic organizations and executives. Prior to founding HMC, Jennifer worked, both, as an in-house marketing and communications executive and as a leader in some of the world’s largest PR agencies. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has partnered with leading organizations – from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to federal agencies – to provide media training, navigate crisis communications, organize international press conferences, and oversee post-M&A rebranding and change management communications. She has been credited with playing an instrumental role in shaping and elevating the profile of leading technology and professional services companies such as IBM, SAP, Xerox, Foley & Lardner, and (most recently) CGI, where she was vice president of marketing and communications.

Erika Duncan is a co-founder and human capital advisor for People on Point. As a former CHRO and CPO for a variety of companies and systems, she brings 20 years of experience in HR Strategy, Organizational Design, M&A/integration, and Talent Acquisition. She is passionate about building and transforming HR teams by partnering with CEOs and HR leaders to drive growth through a transformation that is scalable and sustainable. A frequent public speaker and writer, Ms. Duncan’s perspective and expertise are highly sought after by publications, associations, and corporations. Erika has an MM in Organizational Design.

Lisa Scotto, MBA, is an accomplished executive focused on growing revenue for event, hospitality, experiential and entertainment organizations. Her unique expertise straddles events, digital media, sponsorships, and membership in start-ups, profit and not-for-profit organizations. As founder of LMS Growth Consulting, Lisa is adept at all revenue-generating functions including sales strategy, pipeline development, sales playbooks, CRM strategies, negotiating seven-figure deals, and alternative revenue models. While at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, she grew their venue revenue stream to $8M in year one, their largest pre-pandemic. She also initiated the Sales and Sponsorship team at Superfly X.
